S.I.A. History
The Italian Society of Andrology was constituted in Pisa on the 14th of February 1976.
It's aim is to promote studies and scientific research in Andrology, even under a socio-anthropological point of view, allowing the development and the correct fulfilment of the professional activity in the field of Andrology.
S.I.A's activity takes into account the technical-specialistic content of andrology as a subject studying, preventing and treating organic and functional dysfunction of male genital apparatus and couple sexuality.
Number of Members in 2010: almost 900
The official Journal of the Society is the Journal of Andrological Sciences.
S.I.A is structured in 9 macro-regional Sections:

The XXVI National Congress of the Italian Society of Andrology will be held in Rome from November 25th - 27th.
